We will celebrate harvest on Sunday 2 October in our morning services. The 1015 service will be a special communion service for all the family. Gifts of produce will be sent to the Padley Centre and cash gifts sent to the Pakistan relief fund. After the services, Evie is selling cakes to help fund her trip to Africa next year. Please support her as well.
The 8am service will also be Holy Communion.
The church will be open between 1000 and 1600 Monday – Friday for anyone to come and light a candle to remember the life of Queen Elizabeth II.
A book of condolence will be available to sign from Monday (as soon as it is received from the supplier). Flowers may be left in the Garden of Remembrance to the east of the church. Flowers will be removed on the morning of the funeral.
It is with great sadness we hear of the death of Queen Elizabeth.
The church will be open from 10am Friday 9th September for any who wish to remember or reflect on the life our Monarch for 70 years.
